What’s it do?
- Members gather to decide if new businesses are allowed to open, take care of others, insure caravans, collect dues, etc.
- It’s basically become the local government, the only one with a rather large administrative apparatus
- Tax collection for the city is done by Guild administrators, which then flows into the city’s coffers (and ideally not the Guilds)
- The Lances of Leilon ensure caravans pay their dues when entering the city, at the Guild’s behest.
