The Shrine of Tyr of Leilon

This Shrine is another major Shrine in Leilon. It is a static and functional building made of stone, with heavy doors and minimal decoration. The windows are high and the building feels like it’s a little bit taller than it has any need to be. There is a place to worship Tyr in private, but most of the complex is dedicated to the court here. The judge Vangol Kuskolt places weights on scales to (symbolically) measure the worth of each case. Perjury and oath-breaking is punished particularly harshly. There is also an altar outside, where announcements of crime or redemption are made. A small holding cell exists for those awaiting trial.

It’s ran by the stern, but mostly fair priest of Tyr Vangol Kuskolt. Vangol had wanted the Town Hall of Leilon to be his Temple to Tyr and he’ll still profess a grudge about Tyr not having the biggest temple in Leilon.
