8Psychological TraumaChoose a trigger connected to the near-death event. Exposure requires a Hard WIS Save or become Frightened for up to three rounds, making a new Hard WIS Save at the end of each of your turns.
9Lost FingersFine manipulation is harder. Slight of Hand and tool checks at disadvantage
10Night TerrorsRoll an Easy Wisdom Save every Long Rest. Failure wakes you up screaming, with one level of Exhaustion.
